In a coded tweet, filmmaker Zack Snyder has posted a video asking people to 'Save the Date' on April 28th-30th.
Before the caption "Incoming Transmission from Lord Darkseid" appears, the video reveals a digital visual interface similar to Jarvis from the Iron Man films.
A voice that sounds very similar to Ray Porter's voice work as Darkseid (although with a bit less bass) in the Zack Snyder's Justice League cut then states "April 28th, 29th, 30th. "Save the date". Snyder also adds the hashtag #FullCircle.
No additional explanation has been provided, but the loyal Snyder following has naturally gone insane in the minutes since the posting and is speculating on social media as to what's going on.
Some suspect that Zack Snyder's Justice League will have a limited theatrical release, while others believe something greater is in the pipeline.
The two-part space opera epic "Rebel Moon," starring Sofia Boutella, Djimon Hounsou, Ed Skrein, Michiel Huisman, Ray Fisher, Charlie Hunnam, and Anthony Hopkins, is what Snyder has most recently been working on. The first of the movies, which was shot for a large portion of last year, is scheduled to premiere on December 22.
