Andrew Tate 'disappointed' after Romanian judge DENIES bail application

Another bummer.

Andrew Tate’s latest bid to be released from prison has once again been rejected by a Romanian Judge.

The 36-year-old former kickboxer, who was arrested in December alongside his brother over charges of rape, human trafficking, and forming an organized crime group, has been denied bail to release after nearly three months of being in custody.

Since his arrest, the media personality has lost the appeal over three times. Apparently, Tate had planned to be bailed out and placed under house arrest as the prosecutors continued with their investigation.

A rep for Tate expressed their disappointment over the judge’s decision, saying, “Unfortunately, the Romanian judicial system denied Andrew Tate's request for bail today. We are disappointed in this outcome as we had high hopes to see Andrew reunited with his family.”

They revealed that the influencer’s legal team will be “appealing this decision within the 48hr time frame.”

Andrew Tate’s Health Condition:

It was reported earlier this month that the controversial personality had developed a “dark lesion” on his lung, which could potentially grow and become a tumor.

Tate’s manager corroborated that he had been diagnosed with lung cancer, however, Tate refuted the rumor and claimed that the lesion was treatable.
