Jeff Bezos, girlfriend Lauren Sanchez step out for a date

Amazon mogul Jeff Bezos made fond memories with his girlfriend Lauren Sanchez at a romantic outing in Miami, this weekend. 

The pair, who were on a vacation in the Caribbean, touched down in the Southern city which seemed to be Bezos' hometown-in a private jet. 

A source spotted them both having luscious dinner with pals in a new Japanese steakhouse, Queen. 

"They were laughing and cozying up while tucked under a massive gong in the restaurant’s main dining room."

A diner revealed, "They were holding hands, laughing, and truly enjoying each other, as well as their friends." 

Will Smith, DJ Khaled, Venus Williams and more have been seen at the restaurant. 

Larsa Pippen and her man Marcus Jordan also arrived at the hotspot the night before Bezos and Sanchez.

Bezos and Sanchez got to know each other through the latter's husband of 14 years, Patrick Whitesell, a family friend as well as an Hollywood agent. 

They ran in the same social circles for years on end and were even spotted attending parties together. 

But Bezos reportedly hired Sanchez as a pilot to shoot aerial shots for his project Blue Origin as she earned a helicopter's pilot license in 2016 while co-hosting Fox’s Good Day LA. From then on they struck up a working relationship in no time, before falling for each other, last year. 

A source then told PEOPLE, "Lauren and Jeff have been spending a lot of time together over the last year and especially the past few months." 

"At first it was socially at parties… here and there. But their time together has definitely seemed to evolve, raising some eyebrows. Jeff has met a small group of Lauren’s girlfriends, too."
