During Milan Fashion Week, a sexy fashion trend is popular among celebrities.
Both Dua Lipa, 27, and Dakota Johnson, 33, were pictured on Friday attending two separate runway shows in sheer black gowns, drawing attention to their bold fashion choices.
The Levitating singer opted for the more daring of the two ensembles, showing up to the GCDS fashion show in a full-length lace jumpsuit, matching black bra, and matching pantyhose. The elaborate dress, which had a high neckline and long sleeves that extended to and covered most of her fingers, showed off her toned form.
According to W Magazine, she accessorised the look with a crimson heart-shaped purse and shattered heart-shaped GCDS earrings.
The celebrity attended the occasion to support her friend and the creative director of GCDS, Giuliano Calza, whose photos she posted on Instagram with the caption"@ Giuli's pizzeriaaaaaaa."
Bella Thorne and Dixie D'Amelio were among the other celebrities present.
Johnson's stunning ensemble at the Gucci fashion show included a bodysuit in the Gucci lingerie style, a black scalloped miniskirt, and a matching black jacket.
The Gucci initials are embroidered on each link of the GG Tulle bodysuit, which has a v-neck shape and a diamond-patterned pattern. On the Gucci website, it is retailing for $1,100.
The Persuasion actress completed the ensemble with a delicate pearl necklace, knee-high black boots, and a black bag with silver spikes and a green strap. She chose a sexy makeup look with heavy dark eyeliner and deep pink lips for the outfit, keeping her hair down.
Sheer dresses trend:
Several Spring fashion weeks throughout the world have featured the see-through trend. Actress Taylor Russell wore a thin brown turtleneck over a matching sheer trench coat last month when she went to the Loewe menswear show at Paris Fashion Week.
In recent months, Florence Pugh has also increased her use of the translucent trend, donning a starkly sheer brown Valentino two-piece ensemble during Paris Fashion Week in October. A few months prior, in July of last year, she wore a magenta translucent dress to the Valentino Fall/Winter 2022 Haute Couture show.
