What really happened between Taylor Swift and Katy Perry? A complete timeline

Singers Katy Perry and Taylor Swift once got in an ugly war of words. 

Perry's fans just adore her for who she actually is, but she too had her fair share of controversies. One of the most talked controversy was her dispute with the Blank Space singer over backup dancers. 

Their relationship first became sour when three dancers left Swift's Red Album tour too early in order to join Perry's Prism tour and this left the former in utter distress.

About the same Swift tweeted, "She did something so horrible. I was like, ‘oh, we are just straight -up enemies’. And it was not even about a guy. It had to do with business.'' Although she never rightly mentioned the name it was clear she referred to the California Gurls hit-maker. 

As per reports gathered by Showbiz Cheatsheet, the two have now started fresh and this happened during the coronavirus lockdown when Swift sent in a cute gift for Perry's daughter, Daisy Bloom. 

Katy Perry Once Hinted At A Possible Taylor Swift Collab 

Despite the feud, could you ever imagine if Katy Perry and Taylor Swift worked together? Perry did tease fans with the idea. 

At a March 22 of American Idol's the contestants Camille Lamb and Althea Grace had to put the tensions between them behind and fire up vocals for their performance. Perry when giving feedback over their alleged performance reminisced upon her younger self when she and Swift used to be enemies,  "You guys are both on the same team. Don't forget about that." 

She then later huddled close to her fellow idols and said  that she and Swift can do a lot together if given the chance, "Can you imagine, if Taylor and I worked together, what we could do?" 

This one statement created great hype among her fans.
