Lea Michele is coming clean on her allegedly mean behavior with her co-stars on the set of Glee.
Speaking to Interview Magazine Tuesday, Feb. 7, the 36-year-old actress reflected on the backlash she received after her co-stars came forward in 2020, accusing Michele of perpetuating "microaggression" on the Glee set.
"I think these past two years have been so important for everybody to just sit back and reflect," she said to the outlet. "I did a lot of personal reach-outs. But the most important thing was for everybody to just take a step back."
The Funny Girl star noted that communicating with whoever she hurt was impactful on both ends.
"At the end of the day, what matters the most is how you make people feel and you have to put aside your feelings," she said, adding: “the conversations that I've had behind the scenes with some people were incredibly healing and very eye-opening for me."
Back in 2020, actress Samantha Marie Ware revealed that Michele made her time in the TV show “a living hell.”
Heather Morris also validated the notion that Michele was “unpleasant to work with.”
