Chelsea Houska and her husband is happy.
Three episodes into the first season of their HGTV series Down Home Fab, which debuted on January 16, the Teen Mom 2 alum and her husband, in an Instagram Reel posted on Thursday, responded to the news that their program has been renewed for a second season by breaking down in tears.
On the FaceTime chat, a producer informed the couple, "We just wanted to get on with you guys to let you know that we have officially greenlit season 2 of Down Home Fab."
DeBoer retorted, "No way," as Houska covered her mouth in shock.
"You guys don't understand how much this means to us," said Houska, 31, choking up. "I have been refreshing the ratings all day because I just want to show you guys that we're doing a good job. I just feel like this means so much to us."
She clarified, "I'm not this person that cries a lot, but I'm so happy," as DeBoer smiled at his wife's tears.
"Guess what? We're having margaritas tonight!" Houska spoke towards the end of the video as she wrapped her husband in her arms.
Houska takes the lead as a designer while DeBoer acts as the project manager in the six-episode series, which follows the parents of four as they start their design firm in South Dakota.
They encourage others to undertake their own home improvement projects by drawing inspiration from their own.
