Kylie Jenner slammed for Astroworld themed birthday party for Stormi

Kylie Jenner is facing criticism for throwing her daughter Stormi an Astroworld Festival themed birthday party.

While the makeup mogul celebrated her daughter turning five, her celebrations seemingly missed the marked as it was dubbed "tasteless" and "tone deaf".

The decorations were those similar to Travis Scott’s, Kylie’s ex-boyfriend, Astroworld festival where 10 people died due to a stampede.

So understandably, she was met with criticism over her party theme choice.

"Isn’t this tasteless after the Astroworld tragedy … where children died," one Reddit user said.

"CHILDREN died at Astroworld — only fitting that they would make it into another birthday party theme," fumed another. "So tone deaf."

"kylie using astroworld branding for her children’s birthday party is a bit scary to me."

"Astroworld world’ tunnel? Wtf? Where’s the respect Kylie?" asked someone else. 

A third penned: "The theme for Stormis party is extremely poor taste considering Astroworld."

Another user slammed: "Look I get Travis is the father of these kids but it is 2023, having an Astroworld themed party for your child’s fifth birthday is out of touch af.

"Especially when 10 people died at his concert one being a literal child.

"It was one thing the first couple of times Kylie went with this stormi world theme but I think after that concert tragedy she should have picked something else for the theme."
