Nickelodeon is taking doable measures to bring a change.
As per reports, the network is rolling out a Paw Patrol on a Stroll program in the wake of the cartoon’s 10th anniversary.
The initiative will be aimed at raising funds for Dogs Trust, the UK’s largest canine charity focused on rehoming around 14,000 dogs each year.
Paw Patrol on a Stroll will be an activity-led walk that nurseries, child carers, and families can take part in with children.
It is set to take place from 22nd May to 26th May this year.
“The Paw Patrol on a Stroll initiative is a marvelous way to engage with kids across the UK and help educate them on the importance of teamwork and citizenship, all while raising donations for dogs in crisis,” Venetia Davie, vice president of Consumer Products at Paramount said in a statement.
“We hope to maximize awareness of the initiative by launching it concurrently with Paw Patrol’s 10th anniversary as well as putting into practice the brand’s promise of empowering children to believe they can achieve big things when working as part of a team,” she added.
