Chris Hemsworth hitting gym shirtless and ‘nothing is better than this’

Chris Hemsworth is beginning his week by exercising while not wearing a shirt.

The 39-year-old Spiderhead actor uploaded a video to Instagram on Monday showing him running on a treadmill. He wore just a baseball cap, joggers, and sneakers while ditching the shirt.

"Nothing better than some sprint training to start your week @centrfit," he captioned the clip.

Hemsworth isn't shy about flaunting his shirtless workouts. However, earlier this month, one of his sons stole the spotlight.

The Marvel actor posted a video of himself trying to focus while submerged, but the moment was endearingly broken by one of his 8-year-old twin twins swimming by. Hemsworth mockingly waved for him to leave the shot in the video.

"Don't let distractions get in the way of your goals… no matter how hard they try to swim in front of you," he wrote alongside the video.

Dwayne The Rock Johnson also praised the actor for his fitness and physique:

"My one ab never looks this chiseled under water," he wrote, adding: "Looking great brotha."
