Julian Sands family is speaking out after Julian Sands’s search enters 11th day and another hiker gone missing.
Sands was last seen on January 13 while he was hiking on the treacheous Southern California mountain. Since his missing, his wife, Eugenia Citkowitz, reported the incident to local police.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department released a statement and tweeted that the search for the missing The Killing Fields actor resumed and added that the department would "continue to utilize the resources" that they had at their disposal.
The department, along with the updated statement shared from the family of Sands about their praise for "heroic search teams" who relentlessly continued their searches for the missing actor.
"We are deeply touched by the outpouring of love and support," the statement reads. "Our heartfelt thanks to the compassionate members of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department who are coordinating the search for our beloved Julian."
The Police department further added that the helicopters and drones are searching the whole place 24/7, using infrared devices. So far, there is no sign for the missing actor.
