XXXTENTACION murder suspect demands trial for Drake, DJ Akademiks

The murder suspect in the case of XXXTENTACION has demands of his own.

Dedrick Williams, who is currently appearing on trial for the murder of the rapper in 2018, has filed a motion alongside his attorney, Mauricio Padilla to have Drake testify at the trial.

In the court documents obtained by AllHipHop, the suspects claimed “the testimony of the said Aubrey Drake Graham is material to the case,” deeming it “necessary to take the deposition of the said Aubrey Drake Graham to prevent the failure of justice.”

Hence, Williams requested the “honorable court” to “enter an order for Drake’s testimony to be taken before an official court reporter.”

The request comes in the wake of Padilla’s claim that the In My Feelings rapper is somehow connected to the death of XXXTENTACION, considering the beef between them in 2017.

Moreover, Williams has also demanded the testimony of DJ Akademiks in the trial.
