K-pop singer IU 'maintaining serious relationship' with actor Lee Jong Suk

Love is in the air.

Singer IU is dating Lee Jong Suk.

The rumor was confirmed by Jong Suk’s agency after the news was broken by Dispatch earlier today.

“Hello. This is HighZium Studio,” the statement read. “This is an official statement regarding the exclusive article about actor Lee Jong Suk.”

The agency went on to explain that the pair – who first met at Inkigayo 10 years ago – recently leveled up to “being a couple” after remaining “close acquaintances” over the years.

“They are maintaining a serious relationship,” they added.

Saturday, Dec. 31, Dispatch was the first to break the news of their romance, claiming that IU and Jong Suk spent Christmas together in Nagoya, Japan.

According to sources, the pair’s family was “already aware of the relationship.”

Meanwhile, the outlet also shared pictures of the artists at the airport on their way to and back from Nagoya.
