Taylor Swift swifties amazes after another chance to buy Eras tickets

Taylor Swift's distraught fans received a Christmas treat on Monday: a second chance to purchase Eras tour tickets.

Thousands of fans were dissatisfied with the ticket-buying process last month, alleging that they had to wait hours, were expelled from the digital queue, or were unable to get tickets at all. However, some of them received an email from Ticketmaster on Monday informing them that they would be given a second opportunity.

"Congratulations, you have been selected to participate in a limited-time opportunity to request to purchase 2 tickets to Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour," the email from Ticketmaster reads.

"You were selected for this opportunity because you have been identified as a fan who received a boost during the Verified Fan presale but did not purchase tickets. We apologize for the difficulties you may have experienced, and have been asked by Taylor’s team to create this additional opportunity for you to purchase tickets."

More information would be given out by December 23, according to the email.

"Thank you for your patience and we will be in touch soon," it concluded.
