Kim Kardashian gets restraining order against armed stalker

Kim Kardashian is taking it to court.

The 42-year-old reality TV star has gotten a restraining order against a man who has repeatedly made fraudulent claims alleging that he "had been communicating with [Kim] telepathically."

The man named Andre Persaud has also reportedly turned up at the SKIMS founder’s house “at least three times” in August while allegedly claiming to be armed.

The court’s notice prohibited Persaud from contacting the star and has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from her for the next five years.

Moreover, he is not allowed to own or possess any firearm, with an immediate order to surrender them to the police.
