John Travolta names his relationship as 'special' with Kristie Alley

Kristie Alley, the star of Drop Dead Gorgeous and Cheers has passed away due to cancer. She was 71.

True and Lillie Parker, Alley's children, said that the actress had passed away from cancer. Alley passed away on Monday, True and Lillie said in a statement to People magazine.

In response to the passing of Alley, Travolta released a beautiful throwback image of her and another one of the two of them grinning.

"Kirstie was one of the most special relationships I've ever had," he said of the late actress.

Added Travolta: "I love you Kirstie. I know we will see each other again."

Additionally, he uploaded a video of him performing The Dance of Love with the late actress in the film Look Who's Talking Now.

In 2020, Alley expressed her hope that she and Travolta would work together once more on a sequel to their beloved cult classic 1989 movie Look Who's Talking.
