Taylor Swift’s fans are not happy.

According to TMZ, several Taylor Swift supporters are suing Ticketmaster in response to the company's apology.

Numerous fans are "alleging fraud, price fixing, and antitrust violations," the source claims. When it comes to enormous musical venues “Ticketmaster is the only game in town when it comes to large concert venues that can accommodate artists as big as Taylor.”

Fans accuse Ticketmaster in the lawsuit of "intentional deception" since it "controls the primary market for ticket sales as well as the secondary market, sometimes known as scalpers."

The supporters said that Ticketmaster was "eager to allow" scalpers access to the presale event because it would profit from each additional ticket that a scalper resold.

Swifties are suing Live Nation, the parent firm of Ticketmaster, in Los Angeles County to recover the "ill-gotten gains" the business acquired during the disastrous presale.

Through the outlet, the supporters also ask the court to impose a $2500 civil fine on the corporation per infraction as a way of ‘just to teach 'em a lesson’

The lawsuit was filed after Ticketmaster apologized to Taylor Swift and her supporters and gave an explanation of what went wrong during the disastrous pre-sale in November 2022.

Ticketmaster was supposed to send "verified" Taylor Swift fans a code on November 14th to enable them to access the upcoming Eras Tour presale event, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

However, the irate fans claim that thousands of them either didn't receive a code or received codes that didn't work.
