Meghan Markle and Prince Harry received support from television presenter Alison Hammond over their new Netflix documentary titled Harry & Meghan.
Reportedly, a promotional trailer was posted online when the Prince and Princess of Wales' are in US this week. The royal experts believed that the trailer had dismissed any hope of Sussexes stating a ceasefire in their hostile relation with the Royal Family.
However, Alison expressed her excitement over the release of the trailer on the Morning show via Daily Mail.
The trailer featured a scene where Meghan said, “When the stakes are this high doesn't it make more sense to hear our stories from us?”
To this, the 47-year-old host responded, “Yes, Meghan I want to hear the story, everyone wants to hear it.”
Amid the backlash over the documentary, Alison defended the couple, saying, “Well if the Kim Kardashians do it why can't they.”
She added, “I feel like they're damned if they do, damned if they don't.”
Meanwhile, the sources close to Royal family revealed that Harry and Meghan’s new documentary “is being seen as a declaration of war” by the royals.
