Cardi B's new album drops by next year as she feels 'something missing' in it

The rapper Cardi B's Grammy-winning debut album Invasion of Privacy was released in 2018, and since then, fans have been anticipating what the rapper will do next.

The Bodak Yellow rapper was questioned by host Charlamagne Tha God on Thursday's episode of The Breakfast Club about whether she has set a release date for her forthcoming album.

"I have no choice, I have to put it out," she replied. "I have like a couple of songs that are like definite, I don't know. I don't know what's going on with me. I need to just make up my mind and put it out."

She then disclosed that the project is "missing something. I gotta put it out, I gotta put it out next year."
