Happy Birthday Miley Cyrus: Here's a look into her best cover tracks 

Pop icon Miley Cyrus, who turned a year older today, is the most talented musician in the industry acing unforgettable cover versions. 

The singer has managed to sway audiences with her incredible voice that comes with a mix of gravelly and sweet vocals. 

She has not only delivered massive hits but also cover versions of other artists with elements like pop, country pop, hip-hop, experimental, and rock.

Nothing Else Matters-Metallica 

Cyrus can do it all and she showed just that with this version of the superhit Metallica song, Nothing Else Matters. 

The cover version won a lot of praise not only from her own fandom but also from heavy metalheads and the Metallica fans. She gave the cover her own spin and it's amazing how she aced this classic number with brilliant vocals. 

Like a Prayer-Madonna

There is no better combination that Madonna's and Cyrus style of singing and hence the cover of Like a Prayer is one of the most-loved works when it comes to Cyrus. 

Jolene-Dolly Parton

Dolly Parton is the Wrecking ball crooner's godmother and she was given that role due to her close relationship with Cyrus dad, Billy Ray. 

Cyrus has paid many musical tributes to her godmother such as with this one called Jolene and nailed every inch of it with Parton appreciating her, "She's a very smart and talented girl and I really hope she does as great as I think she can and will because she's a lot more gifted than a lot of people realize right now." 

Zombie-The Cranberries 

Her choices when it comes to performing cover songs has been amazing and the ones that completely suit her style of singing as well as blend with her soothing vocals. One of the most loved tracks of 1990's was Zombies by Cranberries which became popular for its messaging since it has been known as the anti-war protest song.  

Putting in all her strength to get the grunge vocals right, Cyrus performed this track at one of her Los Angeles shows and it is undoubtedly one of her best covers till now.

No Tears Left To Cry-Ariana Grande 

At the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge show, Cyrus surprised large crowds as she performed the cover version of Ariana Grande's No Tears Left To Cry. 

  Cyrus covered the song with help from her collaborator Mark Ronson. Changing the song's otherwise upbeat and poppy nature that Grande released it as, Cyrus in her cover gave the song a more slower and smoother twist. Not only her fans but Grande herdlef approved of the new arrangement and expressed her excitement over the same.
