Adele 'thanks' fans for 'coming back to her' at Las Vegas residency

Adele's Las Vegas residency has finally begun after being suddenly postponed in January.

In front of an audience of more than 4,000 people on Friday night, the Grammy winner, 34, made an appearance on stage at the Colosseum at Caesar's Palace. Her son, Angelo, 10, and boyfriend Rich Paul were also present.

"Thank you so much for coming back to me," she told the audience, according to The Guardian. "It looks just like I imagined it would."

Adele treated the audience with some of her gems hit songs including Easy on Me, Skyfall, Rolling in the Deep, and Rumour Has It.

The Hello singer even got a little romantic during the set, embracing Paul, while singing, When We Were Young.

The British-born musician broke down in tears many times during the performance, thanking her fans for their support in the five years since her last performance.
