Ticketmaster apologizes to Taylor Swift, fans for 'terrible ticket-buying experience'

Ticketmaster has offered an explanation for the abrupt cancelation of Taylor Swift Eras tour tickets.

“We want to apologize to Taylor and all of her fans – especially those who had a terrible experience trying to purchase tickets,” the company tweeted in response to Swift and her fans demanding answers for their unprompted announcement.

“We feel we owe it to everyone to share some information to help explain what happened,” they continued, adding forth a link of detailed explanation of what went down earlier this week.

On Thursday, Ticketmaster posted a tweet informing the fans that due to “insufficient remaining ticket inventory” the tickets for the general public “has been canceled.”

Following Swifties’ outrage, the 32-year-old songstress took to Instagram to try and explain the situation and expressed her frustration toward the company.
