Davido is back on Instagram.

Afrobeat musician Davido abruptly returned to his Instagram profile weeks after the death of his son Ifeanyi and erased posts about forthcoming performances and concerts for the remainder of the year.

Many of the singer's fans were startled when he allegedly unfollowed Femi Otedola, a business magnate, and his daughter, Cuppy, who are now on vacation in the private luxury motor yacht "Christina O," which he rented for N2.2 billion for more than a month.

Davido unfollowed the Otedola and Cuppy for an unknown reason, but Per Seconds News' investigation also revealed that Davido is upset over something that he won't discuss right away.

Per Seconds News verified that Davido had unfollowed some users, including Otedola and Cuppy, when it checked the singer's page.

The change to Davido's profile was made in anticipation of his return to social media, where he would soon issue his first public statement following Ifeanyi's passing.

The gigs and concerts Davido had scheduled to perform at during and after the upcoming holiday season were among the deleted pinned posts on his profile.
