Lupita Nyong’o is in final talks to appear in a leading role in Paramount’s A Quiet Place: Day One.
Deadline reported on November 1, that as Lupita Nyong’o is preparing to make a comeback to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, she is also in the final negotiations to sign for Paramount production A Quiet Place: Day One.
The spinoff for A Quiet Place will be directed and written by Michael Sarnoski, famous for directing Pig.
According to the outlet, the upcoming movie will not be a threequel but rather a spinoff which is based on an idea by John Krasinski, the director of the first two films. This means that the movie will be different from the franchise.
The plot details are being kept under wrap along with the production process. The outlet tells that Emily Blunt and Krasinski are not likely to return to the movie, which is expected to release in March 2024.
