Super Mario Bros. is here with its trailer.

Few things in video games have garnered as much excitement as Chris Pratt's Mario debut. Nintendo has unveiled the first image from the upcoming Mario movie today at 4:05 PM ET.

As it anticipated the release of the Mario movie trailer, the internet became somewhat ferocious. Thousands of users went to the YouTube page when Nintendo provided the link to the broadcast to pretend to be in line to purchase the upcoming Nintendo console.

This week, we caught a glance at the movie's poster, which shows a back view of Mario, prompting viewers to remark on the plumber's noticeably meager posterior.

Andrew Webster of The Verge predicted that the trailer reveal would mark one of the major turning points in online history.

He added, "Life won't be the same after hearing Pratt's Mario voice," as Cameron Faulkner of The Verge pondered aloud whether Mario would swear.

The internet collectively exclaimed, "What the fuck?" after Chris Pratt's selection as Mario's voice was revealed.

Charles Martinet, who has been Mario's voice actor in video games for many years, was left in the dark by what looked to be an inexplicable decision.
