Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik no longer speak to each other, here's why

Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik seemingly still have beef each other.

Speaking on the Zach Sang Show, Tomlinson shared that he and his former One Direction bandmate still haven’t rekindled their lost friendship over seven years.

When asked if he was still friends with the Pillowtalk hit-maker Tomlinson made it clear that things between the two were still icy.

"I could be wrong, but I believe I said, when you asked me a similar question [last time] … I believe I said I don’t think I’m mature enough to get over what’s frustrated me in that relationship," the 30-year-old continued.

"I don’t know if I’m mature enough now, but I’m definitely closer to being over all that."

Though Tomlinson said that he "tried to get in touch" with Malik, the pair has seemingly not spoken since their public 2015 argument on Twitter after Malik left One Direction.

"There's been numerous times over the last couple of years where I've thought about him and hoped he’s alright," the Bigger Than Me singer continued.

"But it's hard," he said. 

"I definitely wish him well."
