Robin Thicke is passing the talent in the bloodline.
On Tuesday's episode of The Jennifer Hudson Show, Thicke discussed how his 12-year-old son Julian, whom he has with his ex-wife Paula Patton, "got the gift" for music.
Thicke revealed that Julian "started singing from a very young age," adding, "I would give him whatever little pointers I could."
"He's a natural singer and he just got a lead part in the middle school play," the "Lost Without You" singer continues, telling Julian will play Charlie in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
After posting a video of Julian singing "Happy Birthday" with finesse, Thicke adds that now that his kid has begun "playing a little guitar," he wants him to "write his own songs."
Along with Julian, Thicke is the father of Luca Patrick, 21 months, Lola, 3, and Mia, 4 years old, all of whom he shares with April Love Geary.
