Rihanna is going to headline the NFL’s Super Bowl halftime show in February next year.

On Sunday, the 34-year-old singer took to Instagram and shared this big news by posting a simple NFL football in her hand with her fans and followers.

In no time, celebrities react to the news and dropped their encouraging comments under her post.

Justin Bieber wrote, “The queen is back.” The Baby hit-maker also re-shared Rihanna’s post on his IG story.

“Hell yeah,” remarked Katy Perry with sheer excitement.

Lizzo, on the other hand, penned, “Screaming”.

Rihanna is not the first one to perform at the Super bowl, Lady Gaga, Beyoncé and Madonna had already performed as headliner in the US’ biggest single musical performance slot.

For the unversed, the musician earlier rejected an offer to perform at the 2020 Super Bowl in support of Colin Kaepernick, who wasn’t signed by American football team because of his on-pitch protects against racism in 2016.

Meanwhile, the NFL has collaborated with Apple Music to produce the halftime show, which will be held on February 12, 2023 in Arizona.
