Prince Harry ‘freaks out’ after Meghan Markle’s 'dumping' ultimatum, claims new royal book

Prince Harry reportedly “freaked out” after Meghan Markle gave him an “ultimatum” to reveal about their relationship in public, claims a new royal book.

According to Mirror UK, Valentine Low, the author of the upcoming book Courtiers: the Hidden Power Behind the Crown, spilled the beans about Meghan and Harry’s former days of courtship after the Duke of Sussex officially confirmed the relation in November 2016.

The royal reporter quoted Meghan in the book, saying, “If you don't put out a statement confirming I'm your girlfriend, I'm going to break up with you.’ Harry was in panic and freaking out, saying, ‘She’s going to dump me’.”

The book claimed that the Suits alum wanted “public validation” that this was “a serious relationship”. It is because she was reportedly concerned that Buckingham Palace would not protect her from “media intrusion”

Few days later, Kensington Palace released an official statement confirming about the relationship between Harry and Meghan, saying that he was “deeply disappointed to not able to protect” Meghan from media trolls.
