Taylor Swift Conflict 2023 Super Bowl

Taylor Swift’s recent appearance on the 2023 Super Bowl halftime show seems doubtful, according to media report.

TMZ reported that Swift was asked by NFL officials to perform the halftime show months ago, but she rejected the offer due to “timing”.

It is pertinent to mention that the musician wanted to “focus on re-recording her first six albums before performing at the big event.

The report, nonetheless, pointed out that Swift would love to perform during the show, but this year, “it’s not the time right now”.

“Once she finishes her projects, she would be open to the opportunity,” revealed a source to outlet.

In the meantime, the singer’s fans, also known as, Switfties were excited on Friday following the NFL announcement about Apple Music sponsoring the Super Bowl LVII show.

Reportedly, Swift’s name was not used in any of the promotional material, however, her fans indicated that the partnership meant that she might be performing this year’s Super bowl.

The outlet mentioned that if Swift did host the show, she would be joined in the list of biggest stars including Shania Twain, Janet Jackson, Madonna, Beyoncé, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Shakira and Jennifer Lopez.
