Katie Price came under fire after the former glamour model posed with her new pet kitten amid a petition with 24,000 signatures demanding to ban her from keeping animals.

Katie took to social media to share a photo with her daughter’s little cat and swiftly deleted the post hours after as she was garnering negative attention.

Fury cam up as around 24000 people had signed a petition to ban the model from keeping animals as a puppy she had bought for her daughter Princess had died.

Fans were concerned with the way Katie was holding the dog after sharing some Instagram snaps with the little puppy.

To exacerbate the situation, the dog had tragically died after it got stuck in an armchair.

Another one of her dogs also died in tragic circumstances after the animal was struck with a car outside her house back in 2018.
