A Georgia home that was used to film hit Netflix show Stranger Things is up for sale for $300,000.
Though the location is not actually in Hawkins, Indiana, the property is easily recognizable as it was the Byers family home.
The agent told The Post, "My phone's been blowing up. I'm a super fan of the show and you know, I thought it was gonna be big — but I didn’t realize it would be that big."
He shared that both both buyers and Stranger Things fans call with the latter asking if it is open to visit.
The seven siblings who are selling the property said that they are used to the attention: "Since the show was aired fans have traveled far and wide, almost daily, just to drive by and get a picture. So much so that the owners had to put up a driveway barricade and ‘Private Property’ signs just to keep people from trespassing, so needless to say the house gets a ton of attention."
