Camila Cabello loves the coaches, and the coaches love her.

Alongside John Legend, Blake Shelton, and Gwen Stefani, the 25-year-old pop singer, best known for the singles "Havana," "My Oh My," and "Bam Bam," will join the cast of NBC's "The Voice" this season.

According to NBC, Cabello has forged bonds with her fellow coaches along the process, including a sisterhood with Stefani and a fun relationship with Shelton, whom she refers to as her "abuelo" (grandpa).

“They’re great people,” says Cabello.

“They really take care of me on the show. And they’re also hilarious – they make me laugh a lot. They genuinely have become my friends.”

While the beginning of the season will see the coaches gunning for their favorite singers in the blind auditions, Cabello’s main approach is simply keeping it real.

“My strategy is just to be honest. I just speak my mind and speak from the heart and just be really, really clear,” Cabello says. “I never like to oversell myself to the point where I feel like I’m selling something that I can’t deliver.”
