Take a look: Royal family unveils Queen Elizabeth II final ever portrait

Buckingham Palace unveiled the Queen’s final portrait ahead of her state funeral at Westminster Abbey in London.

The Royal Family revealed the portrait via Twitter and wrote: "Ahead of Her Majesty The Queen’s State Funeral, a new photograph has been released."

"The photo was taken to mark Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee — the first British Monarch to reach this milestone," meaning it was taken anywhere from about February to about June.

The portrait featured the late monarch in a baby blue color dress, accessorizing the minimal outfit with pearl drop earrings, a sophisticated pearl necklace, and contrasting blue brooches. She flaunted her million-dollar smile while looking directly at the camera.

"Tomorrow," the tweet read, "millions will come together to commemorate her remarkable life."
