Elvis Presley girlfriend Priscilla Presley Dreaded him going back to USA

Elvis Presley’s wife recently revealed in an interview how she felt when Elvis was called back to USA by the military.

“This is an important day,” Priscilla started, pointing towards a snap of her taken when she went to see Elvis off at the airport. “Yes, this was the day that Elvis was going back to the United States. We had just finished his duties in Germany.”

She further painted the picture, “I dreaded this day very much because I didn’t know, actually, if I was ever going to see him again.” She added, “One request that he asked, that I not be teary-eyed so you see me smiling here. There are other pictures where I am down and looking away and knowing that I may never see him again”.

After Elvis departed Germany, according to Priscilla, she allegedly entered a state of intense sadness and lost the ability to eat or sleep, but the rock star eventually started calling her from Germany.
