Adele rumored to take $38 Million loan for new home

Prior to her anticipated summer wedding to boyfriend Rich Paul, the 34-year-old singer took out a massive $38 million mortgage on her new home in Los Angeles, according to information obtained by Radar.

Adele, whose estimated net worth is $183 million, reportedly paid $58 million for the 8-bedroom, 12-bathroom property that was formerly Sylvester Stallone's in February.

According to reports, the celebrity pays $227,000 a month for the house.

According to Daily Mail, her monthly payments reportedly include property taxes and an estimated 5% interest rate. Adele currently resides in this house with her presumed fiancé.

LeBron James, a basketball player, is one of the biggest athletes in the world, and Rich is his agent.

It's rumored that Adele and Rich will wed before the summer is done.
