Lady Gaga To Play Harley Quinn

Lady Gaga has lent weight to the rumors by confirming that she will indeed star in the upcoming Joker sequel.

Taking to her Twitter, the multi-hyphenate star posted a teaser for the upcoming musical titled Joker: Folie à Deux.

The teaser featured silhouettes of Gaga and Phoenix in dramatic attires, with the former donning a full dress, while the latter sported his quintessential outfit of the Clown Prince.

The dramatic teaser is set to Cheek to Cheek, which Gaga has famously covered in her music career alongside Tony Bennett.

Warner Bros. only recently announced that the Todd Phillips-directed sequel will hit theatres on Oct. 4, 2024.
