Hank Williams Jr.’s wife, Mary Jane Thomas cause of death REVEALED

Country music legend Hank Williams Jr.’s wife, Mary Jane Thomas died as a result of a collapsed lung a day after she underwent liposuction surgery.

Four months after her death, TMZ has confirmed that Thomas had surgery to have her breast implants removed. She also had liposuction on her back, arms, and stomach on March 21.

According to the Palm Beach County Medical Examiner, the model was found unresponsive by her plastic surgeon in her hotel room at the Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa the following day.

The death, however, has been ruled an accident by the coroner claiming that it was caused by an injury suffered while under cosmetic surgery.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Harold Bafitis, who carried out the procedure, told investigators she became responsive while sitting up in bed as he was about to have a follow-up with her.

She was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead.
