A mother in the US has successfully obtained a temporary protection order for her 12-year-old child against Flash star Ezra Miller.
In the court order it was outlined that it "was issued without advance notice because the Court determined that there is a substantial likelihood of immediate danger of harassment."
While it has no allegations against the Fantastic Beasts actor, the mother, who remained anonymous, said that she and her daughter met the actor through an acquaintance but overtime got suspicious of her child’s relationship with Miller.
She told the judge that Miller would offer to buy her daughter gifts, even a horse, despite rejecting his efforts.
"I kept wondering why Ezra was here. Like, don’t you have Hollywood stuff to do? Don’t you have movies coming out?" she said.
The restraining order has added more trouble for Miller as he has previously been accused of child grooming.
The serious allegations have caused uproar with fans demanding that film studio Warner Bros to take action.
