Pete Davidson to bid adieu to his 'Saturday Night Live' career soon: Reports

Comedian Pete Davidson is reportedly leaving Saturday Night Live following the season 47 finale.

Davidson made his SNL debut at the age of 20 and things have not been going well for him during his time on the show.

As per reports gathered by Page Six, "It seems that Davidson and SNL have reached an agreement on his future as a cast member, and it's time for him to go. Davidson will quit the show following the season 47 finale this weekend."

Indeed the star was embroiled in a number of conflicts over the years, receiving heavy criticism from the Catholic Church to Congressman Dan Crenshaw for pieces he did on the program.

His off-camera conduct has tarnished his career and fueled David’s bad boy reputation, leading to a constant discussion over his shaky status as an SNL performer.

Fans have not been taken by surprise after his decision to exit the show given how he has been busy as a TV and film actor in recent months.
