Singer Harry Styles, who recently went through therapy, talks about how it helped him cope up.
Firstly, Styles had some misunderstandings regarding therapy adding ‘it meant you were broken’ and avoided consulting doctors about his mental health issues.
However, the former One Direction singer claims to Page Six, "Arranging my first therapy appointment five years ago made me less fearful of tackling mental health difficulties."
