Selena Gomez launches her mental health initiative: See

Singer Selena Gomez announced the release of her new mental health initiative titled Your Words Matter.

This month marks the mental health awareness month and the advertisement is in cooperation with her own beauty line Rare Beauty.

The It Ain’t Me singer took to Instagram and shared the poster of her initiative saying, "Words may be a barrier to individuals seeking assistance and reinforce the stigma connected with mental health."

She concluded, "For far too long, many of these phrases have been normalized and accepted, but it’s time to raise consciousness to the words we use… because they matter."

The 29 year old is well-known for her campaigning and hopes to educate the youth about mental health.
