Dwayne Johnson overcome with emotion amid facetime with 5 year old Jett

Star Dwayne Johnson had a special on-camera moment where he face-timed a 5 year old fan battling with an aggressive brain tumor and teared up while having a heart-to-heart conversation with the kid. 

Johnson always goes the extra mile for his fans, especially those facing major health setbacks.

Meeting up with a very special little boy Jett was a sweet moment.

The young boy had been diagnosed with Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma with a survival rate of 8 to 11 months.

The severe health condition has the ability to halt a person’s ability to talk, walk, smile and eventually breathe, while leaving the mind completely intact.

Dwayne could not keep calm over the opportunity he got to facetime Jett and his family 3 weeks ago.

In a video clip on Instagram , Johnson shared parts of his talk with the child and said , "Jett, I want you to know buddy it's so good meeting you. I've heard so much about you, and I've heard the most amazing things about you. Honestly, it's the best part of my day.”

Further adding, Dwayne stated, "I was working today, and I was making a television show. It's called ‘Young Rock’ and I could not wait to see you and talk to you and finally meet you," Johnson continues before holding up a piece of paper. "

Captioning the reel, Johnson wrote, "And usually I have my shit together - usually I’m strong in the moment. Strong for the kids and the parents. I keep it together. But this time when I was telling Jett’s mommy and daddy, Larisa and Manny how special their son is…I just had to pause. Too emotional to speak. All I could muster was ‘I’m sorry.”

For the unversed, Dwayne was left in awe of Jett’s bravery.
