‘Time To Walk’: Prince William promotes mental wellness in upcoming episode

The Duke of Cambridge, Prince Williams stressed on the importance of mental health in a special episode of Apple Fitness' Time to Walk series.

In the holiday special episode, Williams will feature as a guest star.

The main aim of the series is to inspire the audience by sharing their personal stories and creating a free space for everyone to voice their opinions.

William took to Instagram and penned details of how he keeps himself sane, “ Walking is a sociable exercise or a moment of complete calm and isolation.”

Further adding, he stated, “In the hope of inspiring a few other people to get active and take some extra time for their own mental health – I wanted to share a few of my stories and favourite songs with you in an episode of Time to Walk.”

For the unversed, walking is the best way to keep oneself smart and fit.

This is not the first time William has been talking about mental wellness but has also taken part in opening up Mental Health of Air Ambulance Pilots.

The royals have also worked on keeping the Earth and nature safe.

Prince Charles also lauded his son Prince William's effort in keeping the environment safe.
