Earthshot Prize Awards: Prince William, Kate Middleton to grace 'green carpet' with other stars

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate Middleton have been called in for work and to walk the ramp at the ‘green carpet’ of Earthshot Prize Awards ceremony to be held at London's Alexandra Palace.

According to reports via Hello Magazine, the green carpet would be attended by big names of the industry like Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Shawn Mendes and many others.

For those unversed, Kate Middleton will be one of the main presenters at the award event along with other renowned stars like Emma Watson, Mo Salah etc.

The Earthshot Prize Awards held its own importance as it was launched by the Royal Foundation in 2020 and the Duke of Cambridge as a source of contribution in order to set an example for his kids and the future generation that he did his best to protect the Earth and the environment.

In a documentary series by Prize Prince William stated, "Our planet is now in a crisis. Its delicately-balanced systems are becoming more and more unstable with every passing year. So for the sake of future generations, let's act now."
