Actress Phoebe Dynevor opened up on the experience of dealing with massive fame amid health issues as she sat down for an interview.
Phoebe’s sudden success for her lead role in Bridgerton made her a household name and she now has to handle all the fame coming her way.
Amid her flourishing career the actress is suffering from mental health issues.
In an interview with Harper's Bazaar, Phoebe said,” I don't think anyone knows how to handle that. I worry about everything. I'm full of anxiety. I have a fear of failure, letting someone down, contradicting myself. You see what it is for your mental health to be in the public eye. I meditate, I have a therapist, I walk every day. There are things I do to ground myself, because it's quite hectic at the moment."
The Waterloo road actress added, “ It is important to strike a balance considering that both success and failure hit hard in showbiz.”
She signed off by saying, “ The success of Bridgerton came as a surprise and I understood the magnitude of it when photographers showed up outside my house.”
The second season of the film Bridgerton is slated to release next year.
