Nicki Minaj's husband Kenneth Petty pleads guilty of failure register as sex offender

Nicki Minaj's husband, Kenneth Petty, is going to jail for 10 years.

On Thursday, Petty pleaded guilty to failure to register as a sex offender during a virtual hearing at the U.s District Court, facing a sentence of 10 years in prison and a lifetime of supervised release.

Although the singer's representatives have not spoken to the media yet, Minaj's husband will be arrested on Jan 24, 2022.

Petty was earlier arrested in March 2020 after he failed to register himself as a sex offender. He was sent out on bail of $100,000 and pleaded not guilty at the time.
