Kylie Jenner has confirmed her pregnancy in an adorable IGTV video.

The 24-year-old turned to her Instagram on Wednesday and shared a sweet clip, sharing with her fans some precious moments after finding out she is pregnant.

The video starts with Kylie holding a positive pregnancy test after which Travis is spotted hugging her belly. The couple later take Stormi for an OBGYN appointment where they're told that baby no.2 is just days away from a heartbeat.

In another scene, Stormi hand over an envelope to Kris Jenner.

"Wait a second...are you pregnant? Stormi, we're gonna have a baby! This is one of the happiest days of my life!"

The Kardashian sisters were quick to react on Kylie's adorable video.

"Crying this is so beautiful my blessed angel sister" Kourtney Kardashian wrote.

"Crying!!!!" Kim Kardashian added, while Kendall Jenner commented: "i can't handle it."
