Lupita Nyong’o on Chadwick Boseman’s 1-year death anniversary: ‘miss both his laughter and silence’

Lupita Nyong’o took to Instagram and penned an emotional note as she remembered co-star Chadwick Boseman on his first death anniversary.

The actress shared a throwback photo with late Boseman and wrote, “I did not know that I could miss both his laughter and his silence in equal measure. I do. I do... One year after his passing, the memory of @chadwickboseman remains this alive in me.”

Boseman passed away at age 43 from complications of colon cancer. He was diagnosed with stage III colon cancer in 2016 and kept his diagnosis a secret.
