Singer Lily Allen is proud of herself as she touches a giant milestone in her sobriety journey. The 36-year-old musician took to her Instagram to share the big news of completing two years of being sober on Wednesday.

Lily posted a series of photos, including one shot of her tracked progress on the Pink Cloud app. In the caption, she announced: "2 years Drug and Alcohol free."

"Getting clean is the BEST thing i ever did, and i've done a lot of cool [expletive]," Lily added.

Many of her celebrity cohorts and fans left supportive messages in the comment section, including model Poppy Delevingne, who wrote, "YES BEBE,” while model Daily Lowe commented, "Incredible Lils congratulations” with a series of heart emojis.

Hard Out Here songstress has been open about her journey to recovery and revealed last year that she has been struggling for the past 5 years with the grave addiction. However, Lily married her husband David Harbour last September and shared that she is "in a really happy and healthy relationship" with him. Lily also credited him for playing a vital supporting role in her journey.

"He's sober, has been sober for 20 years now," Lily explained. "We're thinking about what we're going to do with the rest of our lives ... I don't have as much as I had then in terms of success and wealth, but I have success and health in my mind, which is more valuable I think."
